Finding and connecting with the right therapist should be easy. However, searching through counseling web sites can be overwhelming and time consuming. This is why I make the process simple and convenient - so that you can heal and move forward with your life.
Making it simple for people to connect with me and get the help they need helps them to connect with their true self in a way that will serve them, so that they can realize their true potential and live a happy, fulfilling life. In making this connection, people realize that they can live intentionally on a daily basis.
Life can throw things at us that we are completely unprepared for. Low energy, sadness, and anxiety are all symptoms that are experienced by so many people at some time. When this happens, therapy can offer the help we need to keep going, taking care of ourselves and the ones we love.
In addition to my training, I offer a calm, respectful space so that you can have a positive experience and successful outcome with therapy. Connecting with your therapist and feeling confident in their ability is essential.
My intention is to empower you to heal from your past, realize your strengths and resources, live fully in the present, and grow into your future. As each person is unique and we all have unique strengths and solutions for our life issues, discovering your own patterns of development can be a great adventure and will serve you now and in the future.

My intention is to help individuals and couples develop more meaningful and fulfilling relationships, including the relationship with self. When our relationships are in a good place, we thrive and grow towards our fullest, richest life. Our “beingness”, the way we are in the world, is so important, and it affects everyone around us as well.
